Retail Order Form ~
In an effort to make the ordering process go a bit smoother, the Bizzy Birdy Playthings website has been changed to an online catalog. Please note that there is no shopping cart available with this set up.
This simply means that to place an order, you fill out the below form making sure to enter the quantity and toy #'s that you'd like to order in the bottom box of the form. This order form should have opened in a separate window allowing you to click back to the listing pages to access toy information without losing your order information.
After receiving your order, I will contact you directly regarding availability and actual shipping charges. If you approve the order including actual shipping charges, I will send you a PayPal invoice, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon regarding payment. Once payment has been received, your order will ship out promptly. Local deliveries to the metro Denver area are available free of charge.
